The CUB-X, one of the latest-generation machines developed by Pharma Technology, showcases cutting-edge innovations in tablet quality control. While its advanced design allows for mobility, the sheer scale and technological sophistication of the machine naturally introduce logistical considerations. The first and most immediate challenge is financial, stemming from the costs associated with exporting the unit to enable live demonstrations at dedicated pharmaceutical technology exhibition spaces showcasing industry innovations.

Transporting the CUB-X,

To facilitate exhibitions, Biopharmark designed a smaller, lightweight digital mockup, a smart and effective alternative to present the machine more easily.

Installing the real CUB-X requires skilled labor, specific connections, and system activation. With the digital mockup, setup is faster, lighter, and far less demanding, reducing packaging, manpower, and costs. Once assembled, it can even be handled directly by clients for demonstrations, without technical assistance.
